Daniel Norton

Daniel lives in Limestone, Tennessee - the home of Davey Crockett and Granny Clampett. He describes his love for music starting literally when he was old enough to hear it. He was raised in and around a Bluegrass family and began playing banjo at 5 years old. Daniel went on to become skilled at practically every instrument including piano. But it was as recent as 2022 that a passion for one particular instrument seemed to explode and the dobro became his primary weapon of choice. "It totally changed my musical perspective and allowed me to achieve things I never imagined. I am thrilled to be playing music at this level with my Hammertowne brothers and am excited to see what the future holds." Daniel is also a powerful vocalist who has added yet another layer to the Hammertowne show.
